Hey hey, I’m Luiz Fernando 👋. Welcome!

I build the knowledge, data and digital systems that regenerative organizations run on. Most of it is plain work: where information lives, who can find it, what is safe to publish, and how a small team keeps going when part of its work is done with AI agents.

I work on my own, under my own name. I’m in São Paulo until early 2027, then Berlin, then between the two.

Some of the work:

• ReFi DAO, a global network of local regenerative finance communities. I ran its operations and now sit on its Steward Council.
• ReFi Barcelona, the local node I co-founded in 2023.
• Regen Coordination, an alliance of regenerative networks that share funding rounds and tools. I’m on its council.
• org-os, an open framework for running an organization as a folder of plain files that people and AI agents can both read. I wrote it and I maintain it.
• Regenerant Catalunya and Brasil Regenerativo, two bodies of open knowledge about regeneration in a place. Both in progress.

If you’d like to work together: I take part-time and project work, around two days a week. It starts with a conversation. If there is a fit, the first piece of work is small.
